After an early career at Chartered Accounting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers, Tim has had over 25 years experience in finance, property, capital transactions, asset management and retail development. This included 15 years with the Coles Group. Tim was the National Head of real estate at the Coles Group until 2010.  During that time Tim had overall responsibility for asset management, project management and retail development for Coles Group Retail brands as well as shopping centre development.

Subsequently, Tim worked with Feros Retail to roll out the first 20 Daiso stores in Australia, as well as consulting to major retailers and developers. His key roles are in strategy development, relationship management and driving the process of turning an opportunity into a completed Trust.

Tim has worked formally as a mentor for young Chartered Accountants through CAANZ and also for students in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne.

Tim is President of Inner South East Cricket (ISEC) one of the largest junior cricket Associations in Victoria.

Simon has been actively and successfully engaged in the Finance, Retail and Retail Property industries for over thirty years. He was a Director and Shareholder of Interlease Australia for many years as well as a Director of Red Earth Group of Companies.

Simon has consulted to retailers and private equity investors in site identification, lease negotiations,  planning and delivery of a number of major property developments including his own factory outlet shopping centre – Brand Smart Outlet Malls.

In this role he was responsible for concept development, leasing, marketing and asset Management.  Since jointly establishing SPP in 2010, Simon has been responsible for business development through sourcing and securing the opportunities that the group has delivered.  In addition, he is responsible for Capital Raising through his relationships with a broad network of Wealth Management Groups, Family Officers, Private Banks and HNW investors.

Simon is a keen sportsman involved in Sailing ,Skiing and Golf. He has been  a committee member of the Collegians Ski Club for over 15 years and is also on the Membership Committee of the Sorrento Golf Club.
