SPP’S ROLE IN RECENT EAM PROPERTY TRUSTS

Elara Village Shopping Centre / Marsden Park, NSW

EAM acquired a new Coles anchored Shopping Centre located within Stockland’s Elara Masterplan Estate in Marsden Park NSW.  Tenants include Goodstart Early Learning, Castle Medical Centre and a series of quality essential needs operators.  Construction was completed and the Centre opened in November 2021.

BMW Berwick / Berwick VIC

 

EAM successfully completed a $10.05m equity raising for the EAM Berwick Motor Trust (the “Fund”) a new unlisted, seven-year, fixed term direct property fund.  The Fund acquired a new BMW dealership and service centre located in Berwick, Melbourne.

EAM Caboolture Property Fund / Caboolture QLD

 

An investment in a brand-new shopping centre in the fast growing corridor between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Major National Tenants pre committed include Coles, Liquorland, Chemist Warehouse and Petstock on long term leases (10- 15 years).

MPG BW Newstead Trust – 2017
Deal origination and negotiation, due diligence, Project Control meetings, equity raising, asset management.
